Returns, exchanges and refunds

1. Returns and exchanges:

Once the order is delivered, it is not possible to exchange or return the product.  

2. Cancellation Policy:

Once the order is processed, it is not possible to cancel your order. 

3. Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. 

4. Damaged or missing items: 

We take utmost care of your order, from manufacturing to packing it. However, in case you receive a damaged product or find some items missing in your order, we recommend that you must take an unboxing video of your package and share it with us at: Care@twentyfive24.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will take the required measures to verify the claim. If verified, the refund will be issued to the original source of payment with 8-10 working days. 

5. Tampered or damaged delivery:

In case your delivery appears damaged or tampered with, we request to refuse to accept the order and write to us at: Care@twentyfive24.com.
